Build More with Julia provides beginner and intermediate athletes with a strength training program designed to be done just 3 days a week! The programming will help them build muscle and produce hypertrophy over time. Workouts are offered via self-guided programming in the app with a demo video for each move. Full-length video workouts are also shared monthly for those who would prefer to follow a video for each workout.
