Don't use this app for bus booking; it is totally useless. There are no proper customer care services. Last night, the bus broke down at midnight, and we had to book another bus to travel to Chennai. I tried to reach customer care regarding this, but they are not giving proper responses. They are saying things like, 'If the bus driver cancelled it, I will refund the amount,' instead of providing assistance. Instead of using this app, you can go with RedBus or some other apps.

It's very sad experience with this app. I was trying to pay My LIc premium whole day the money 1st got deducted and payment was not successful for which money has been added to my wallet.but whole day I tried to make payment through wallet and it's saying mandatory input parameter not present or mismatch. even if I gave the correct credentials. customer service is saying each time try after 1 hour or some useless excuses. for which i sent mail as well..no one is replying.its very horrible.

I am not happy with the service. I have been trying to pay my wifi bill form the past 19 days, and all the time it is showing an error as INPUT PARAMETERS REQUIRED I have been putting wifi bill payemt number and all the time I am getting same error I called customer service and they said my wifi operator is not accepting payment after a few minutes I paid the bill using GP and payment was done a request to the Tradego app fix this problem if you want to compete in the market. Best of luck.
