So far I can only offer a bad review of this app. I paid for a 1 year subscription 48hrs ago and the promised access does not work and there is no refund. I feel scammed after sending so many messages to complain. No action and no response. I am very disappointed as I love Trace on dstv and was lookong forward to watching a wider range of channels on my mobile device. Update on 18 October 2023, still no access and no feedback whatsover. I am so angry. I lost my money to this fake subscription!

Good app but its inconveniencing some Kenyans who have been used to paying with mpesa and not using debit or credit cards since not errbody has them.....need to work on this since I was looking to recap those 20 years of hits playlist
