This is a horrible app design. Hard to setup no support and casino hardly ever used it as a means to communicate with customers. IVE HAD FOR ALMOST 3MONTHS AND HAD ZERO GIFTS ZERO EXTRA PLAY AND ZERO EMAILS OR INFORMATION ABOUT UPCOMING EVENTS.. LOOKS LIKE CASINO NEEDS BETTER MARKETING WITH MORE INTERACTION OVER THE APP.

I've tried using this app several times in the past couple years and have never gotten past the sign in. You can't agree to the privacy agreement and if you disagree it says you have to agree it's stupid a waste of time.

It is a great app and easy to use. I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5, because even though they changed their Tier levels and rewards program, the app hasn't been updated.
