Nothing about the app, it's just how garbage the data itself is. Checking the signal on my phone will always show the signal to be less than 1MB/s, most of the time it'll be less than 5KB/s which makes everything including messaging completely unusable. (Update, Data has worsen, shows full signal on the top of my phone but unable to play games/ send messages, extremely delayed and then back to lagging) Update again: it became alot worse now, completely unusable everyday. Ignore all 5* reviews.

Don't waste your time using this Telco. Incoming and outgoing calls issues. All they can tell you is that their system shows that the sim is active and only advice they can provide you is to restart, re-install app and BLA BLA BLA. All the non constructive advices and solutions. Worst decision I've ever made to try it out. Thank God there's no contract.

Unable to log in to the app cos it keeps claiming my number doesn't exist. Emailed SIMBA, no reply. Have to bombard them with messages on their instagram and Facebook pages did I get a 'We are looking into it' reply days later. Asked for an update 2 weeks later, they gave a 'We are still looking into it'. Exactly 1 month since my line activated, SIMBA suddenly initated contact, telling me to pay the 2nd month's subscription, with no mention of the unresolved issue. Wow, great sense of priority.
