This app and the webpage are The worst nightmare possible. Customer service is the worst, have no clue to to fix the issues. The application all the sudden started acting up, removing and switching add-ons without authorization. The customers have the ability to block or reinstate the data to any of your users, however the app GLITCHES and it keeps removing or adding options that are not the original added. Now every time I need to make a change to the add- on I have to either call or chat

Look, the App is garbage. It is super slow, if you need specifics or need information, this app is not where you get it. The chat feature is laughable. You get connected 99% the time to someone who doesn't understand and cannot help. This may be AI, it doesn't work whatever it is. Most of the information reported is inaccurate. The app cannot even get my phone right for 4+ years. Please do better T-mobile.

My phone shows this app as not installed, yet it is working on my phone. I have been making pymts and changing ring tones and other settings all this time. So I went into the app store on Google to check it out and there it showed not installed. So I went to reconnect it. Then it said it didn't have an Internet access. Which is NOT true! I have home Internet that is connected. I'm so tired of having these issues pop up. Please fix this problem or I will be forced to change my services.
