Extremely poor user interface, the app keeps on refreshing itself. If you leave the app even for 15 mins during ordering it logs out and the whole basket goes empty. Furthermore, the information on the product availability is so bad, after ordering it i get a call that these products are not available, yet they are not updated as 'out of stock' on the app even now. Jalalsons has a lot of variety but the app has limited offerings. The app in itself is not user friendly, hard to navigate.

The app is fine. Not perfect, but fine. Does what its supposed to at its basic needs (hence the 3 stars). However, first time using the app to order from model town C block branch. 2 hours later, no order and the branch manager's both phone lines, someone answers and hangs up (Zero stars on service). Still waiting for my order. 🙄

Part 2 Worst experience The app sent a message of delivering order successfully but we didn't receive the order. After all that drama they deliver the order in almost 3 hrs. The items which I received were not same as I ordered. They were in less quantity e.g I order approximately 100g of Lipton tea but I receive 400g. Some items were replaced (in sense of quantity and price) and they keep the total bill same. The food was cold. Wastage of my time and money.
