Switched phones and had to create a new account? I kever even got a call to activate the new account or get my QR Code. I kept this app because I am in a situation where my husband could take my daughter and I like having features to share with authorities if she were to go missing. Now I had to delete because it won't let me update phone numbers on the old account without sending codes to inactive number or activating new account. Such a shame. I have had this app for almost 3 years.

The app will not upload any pictures. It gives an error message reading that the picture can't be compressed & to try again. NO picture will upload. Kind of useless without a picture to go with the child's description. Also, there's no way to contact them for app issues, hence this review.

Every second counts!!!! This app saves lives!! when a child goes missing authorities ask ALL the information about the missing child and your so shocked you can barely answer your own name, because all the childs info is the app and only you control and see it. If a child goes missing, just push the button and the childs information goes straight to the authorities to issue amber alert immediately! Every second counts!!
