I like the idea of replacing guide books with apps. There is a lot of potential for cheaper and more useful guide apps. However, i struggled to use this app. The top pictures were awesome but i wasn't able to find a single problem. I felt like a blind person wandering around aimlessly. The gps just isn't accurate enough to find a boulder w without more context than how far it is away. The app could overcome this by providing better overview maps but it currently does not provide this.

Dear Robert! Thanks for the review. At the moment you can find detailed sector overview maps in those crags where the GPS navigation is not good enough, for example in Magic Wood or Algund. Besides this, we plan to develop a live sector overview map. Until this development, we widen our static overview maps, where you can see the boulder locations.

Amazing free option. One issue - some areas do not disappear/got split when zooming in. E.g. there is an area "south of Portugal" when i zoom in i would expect it to be split into aub-regions. What happens is subregions appear but the main region stay visable as well. Not a case on the website. Great job guys !

Dear Maciej! Thank you for your review. We know about this behaving of donuts on the map. The app works differently than the website, it's a bigger issue to fix it, we will do it in a later release. Thanks for using the app, good luck out in the crags!

Disclaimer.: I use the free version and am an avid user of the Crag website. For me, this app is only good for locating crags(only reason it got 2 stars). Cannot tick your routes... *eye roll* Cannot mark favorites. Cannot make a wishlist. Can only download topos with the premium version and you cannot do screenshots, which means the app is useless in remote areas with no signal. If you use the 'go back' arrow, the app logs you out. Let's not talk about personal profiles. Buy paper topos.
