Very informative and friendly we've done the downtown tour, the uptown tour, and the night tour which Michael made very entertaining and interesting and even though on a wet January night we thoroughly enjoyed it Michael made this tour and thankyou for the birthday song for my husband we would 100 percent recommend topview x

The app is whatever. A little hard to understand, it asks for a code no one is able to give you. You cannot change reservations without it. The service is bad the sellers lie to you. Do not take the night tour. You are not able to see much and it is very boring and uncomfortable. They say the liberty island is close but that is a lie. They just don't take you. They do not offer transportation from the bus stop to the ferry it is a 35-40 minute walk!!!
