Its been 20 mins since i paid for a top up and it still hasnt been sent... Thats pathetic !!!! Will be deleting this garbage...

Don't bother, it literally would not let my top up through. I've tried a few times maybe a few bank holds later, it went on pending status. "after 2-5 mins" they are supposed to send an email, and never got one besides the one transaction to different number that they let through. I can't even log in my account now because of "wrong combination" when I literally signed up yesterday and KNOW MY PASSWORD. So I did a forgot password and it literally will NOT let me log in with the new password.

That stupid Digicel promotion in Jamaica is preventing the selection of the 2 cheapest options. I've sent multiple emails, and tweeted you all, and nothing. Can't even opt out of the promotion either.
