Really impressive features. I actually like the app and so long as you follow the instructions it will work for you too. Obviously bluetooth has its limitations and so long as you have invested in the hub for the lock to connect to the internet and all are in range then it works fine. I like passage mode so you can keep the door open for short periods and the fact the you can invite people or issue temporary codes. being able to operate from a distance has been great for the unexpected.

Half the time getting Operation error code 99991. Don't know what does it mean. Seems like the app can be controlled directly by develers; why I'm saying is that I used to get read/write error message from the app whenever I try to access video recording; I did complain and initiated return of the unit. Now all of a sudden it is working; means something remotely done by the developers to the app installed in my phone, which is scary and privacy issue. Beware of TTLock and product come from them.

Buyer BEWARE! The lock is good but what they don't tell you is that you have to PAY a yearly fee for "passage mode". The lock automatically stays locked and there is no way to turn it off unless you pay $50 a month for passage mode.
