Keeps saying "There was a problem connecting. Try again later.". Yeah, incompetent programmers. Can't redeem anything as a result. Try that on another phone and no issues. Is the Samsung Note 20 Ultra outdated already such that this app don't support it?

Exchanged my yuu points for an e-voucher to be used at Guardian, but there was a technical issue with the app that doesn't allow the redemption. Submitted a ticket for assistance to check and requested a refund of yuu points since the app is having issues that give the error message "invalid voucher" and the e-voucher has limited validity period. The customer service officer called to say he will check. Ended up receiving an email saying no refund and no updates of technical issue

Installed to try. In the end, nothing can be linked. Asked support no reply after saying the relevant team is looking into it. Since useless, I uninstalled.
