So initially it worked fine, no issues, as intended. But slowly it began to lose connection, wouldn't hard reset, required multiple power cycles and that's even with swapping out components which it actually tells you to do (I feel like a company telling you to use a different charging block is a serious deficiency). As someone who is tech oriented, I found this device and the app an absolute mess. I would recommend steering clear. One star because it did work intermittently.

I love the idea of the product and its software, but the software doesn't seem to work correctly. When I remotely access the product I can see through the camera and can swipe up to launch treats but the other icons (back arrow, Mic, cameras, three dots) do not function whatsoever. *Update* Just updated to the new patch, nothing has been fixed.

Great functionality overall but too easy to get stuck with Premium. The "Try Premium" button is on the bottom of the launch page and twice I've enrolled unintentionally. You must contact Furbo support to turn this off. It would be great to either remove this button from the starting page, include an "are you sure" message, or allow user to disable. It reduces my enjoyment of an otherwise fun app.
