There is no way to track your order once you have submitted it, by this I mean the app is static and always getting an error when you press "Track my Order". There is no total on how much you will pay once you ordered. The app has too many buggy features, like the coupons part needed to be clicked before ordering and the coupon itself is not appearing on the checkout menu. The application itself feels like you are on 2010 because of the loading and design. Loading takes you more than 5m, buggy.

We ordered via App from Orani Branch (auto -selected by the App) and paid in advanced just to get our order forwarded to another branch in Balanga Diverson (without our permission or confirmation) but then they said that their rider won't deliver to our area past 6 in the afternoon because it's too dark, LOL. FYI, it's not too dark (I ride there all the time), because along the highway, there are solar light posts installed. It's a very frustraing experience. Our money is on hold for two days.

I'm giving this app a fair review of 3 stars. It's not the worst, but also not the best and there is definitely room for improvement. 1.) Please allow your customers to save their Senior/PWD ID information. It's quite a hassle to input the same information every time thru checkout. 2.) Please make it easier to switch addresses. I have to close and reopen the app every time I want to switch between work and home. I want to make a longer review, but since there's a limit this is all for now.
