I really request that never take apartment with them. Very bad experience. The application is not working properly. Cannot do the move out processing. The flat clearance service request cannot do. The customer service number never answered. Really bad

It's been more than two months i am unable to access the app, everytime it says service not available. The main office never pick up a call, and other branches say i have to contact main branch. No one is there to help with the app or provide information.

I can not contact the customer service. In addition, I neither can select unit nor can submit request to be contacted. Can you please develop the app well? The application in general is not friendly. It never provides you with useful materials. For example, you can not select a unit to send a request about it. In summary, I do not recommend this application. You should enhance the quality of it.
