Tidy locked me out of my account saying I had two no shows when I only had two customers scheduled the first one I wasn't even late for and their system automatically locked me out. I couldn't even get the customers directions couldn't notify I was on my way. Their system has some kind of glitch somewhere causing the customer inconvenience and the pro losing pay for that day. I couldn't even get any immediate contact thru the tidy app.

Seriously you just need to understand the apps.im still need I been charge also for cancelling BUT you can waive those charges.but I still need to understand more ab the apps bcoz customer rep told me that I can waive the charges for 3 times within 90 days but the last one it say i m not qualified to waive the cancelation charges anymore but Its only my 2nd time to waive the can charges.anyways it's all good there giving me good clients and they always give me a sched.and I have choice.

Everyone saying that Tidy charges very little for cleanings is wrong. They charge up to 180 for 2.5 hours and is only paying us out whatever rate is given be it 40 or 80 or whatever. Worst experience for me was getting a cleaning canceled because I didn't have service and couldn't check in so I had to pay a fee and I got desertified and had to pay the fees for some of the appointments they canceled on my name.
