About this app

This personalised audio treatment for chronic tinnitus is designed to reduce the tinnitus, until you get rid of it permanently.

The therapy consists of a set of acoustic treatments tailored to your tinnitus.
It includes two types of complementary audio clips and you can follow the treatment on your phone, your computer, as well as on any audio medium of your choice after downloading.

You can add an extra dimension to the audio therapy by combining it with the relaxation and controlled breathing exercises we have prepared for you.

FREE CHECKS AND INFORMATION

Check out our blog posts for comprehensive information on tinnitus in general and on all current treatment options.

Use our free tools to learn more about your tinnitus:
- Audio tool to help identify the frequency of tinnitus.
- Questionnaire to quantify the severity of the tinnitus and to measure its evolution over time.

OUR AUDIO THERAPY

The first step in therapy is to use our free audio tool to accurately identify the frequency of your tinnitus.

- The therapeutic sounds are designed to "re-educate" your auditory system and thus reduce and treat your tinnitus.
- Ambient sounds, which reproduce natural sound environments, are intended to have a calming or masking effect on your tinnitus, allowing you to pay less attention to it and make it more bearable. They can also have a therapeutic function if they are worked on and adapted to the frequency of your tinnitus.

RELAXATION AND BREATHING EXERCISES

In addition, you can practice our relaxation and breathing control exercises.
Each element of audio therapy can be combined with these simple and effective practices.

HOW DOES AUDIO THERAPY WORK?

Scientists and doctors working on the understanding and treatment of tinnitus now agree that the right approach is one where the ear and the central nervous system are considered together.

A partial loss of hearing can lead to a reorganisation of the neurological brain circuits involved in the representation of sound: this is tinnitus.

Brain plasticity is defined as the ability of the brain's neural circuits to change in either direction, meaning that the neural changes that cause tinnitus can be reversed.

Scientifically developed in Germany, the technique we use has been validated in a series of real-life tests which have shown significant and continuous improvement in the perception of tinnitus in about 75% of treated patients, and complete disappearance in about 25% of cases.

Regular practice will lead your auditory system to gradually reduce the parasitic activity that creates the tinnitus, and if theta therapy is designed as a medium-term treatment, you are likely to see an improvement after only several days of treatment.

THE FINAL WORD

We recommend a multi-therapy approach, where a personalised audio treatment coupled with relaxation techniques will bring about an improvement in the perception of tinnitus for a small fee and a small daily commitment.

We wish you a good recovery.
