The app defeats the purpose of convenience and accessibility. It almost seem like some of the features of the app are not quite well thought of. The interface is good, it looks okay and gets the job done, however the payment can only be made through mastercard which is both inconvenient, considering the time it will take to fill up the needed information and unsafe /not secure, given that hacking is very prevalent nowadays. If I have grab/food panda, I wouldn't consider using this app. 🤷

Their welcome complimentary gift is a scam. I didn't get my refund and just wasted my money. I have my proof that my payment is successful but they still didn't serve my order. It took them almost one week before acknowledging my payment and I was already residing in another city, like how am I supposed to claim my order?? Fix your app. You're just stealing money.

They have destroyed the roll up the rim experience. This program is now completely designed to harvest your personal information and make a very simple and successful program more complex and greedy. Don't waste your time with this app.
