ok I have soundpeats Air3 and besides the touch settings that are annoying, they're pretty good. I went a whole year or two just fine without even knowing there was an app. this app isn't too good and it's really only just for software updates. it always gets stuck on the searching for a device screen, and you can't change anything in setting, just the language on the app. on the menu it's labelled "set" lol. I wouldn't get the app, imo you don't need an app for earphones

Both Sonic and H1 are app compatible. "Adaptive EQ" provided a little better balanced sound. Happy to see individual L and R battery levels (as I use buds individually). Very happy to toggle "light effect switch" to disable the light from the buds whenever sound stopped (light used to shine and wake my partner). Hope to see full custom and disable of all touch controls. H1 limited to allow disabling 1-click only (sweat/water drops can power cycle the H1). Sonics do not allow any custom buttons.

Short andwer: DO NOT INSTALL IT. IT'S USELESS. Read on: Why and why do you need the location enabled? The app doesn't even have lost and find function and wants to allow location enabled. Basically you don't need the App. Don't bother using it. After the registration, it kept asking me to enable location with the following message. Without it, App won't continue. Stupid app. Useless app. Positioning permission is not turned on. Please turn on positioning permission in "Settings-SoundPEATS"
