It is very tedious to add all the items everyday. I would do it if it would count the Co2 weight. But here it is mostly about diet for body and general for planet. Some items are not even mentioned. But other wise it gives a good sense of how much we should eat of what. It also shows that you can eat meat and have a "Healthier" diet than a vegetarian. The app does a good work of showing that healthy diet is all about of amount and variety.

Hey Siri, thanks for using Planeatary and giving us feedback.
As CO2 emissions are only one piece of ecological sustainability the Planetary Health Diet takes many other factors into account (e.g. land and water use). If you prefer a vegetarian or vegan diet you can adjust the reference diet under "More" > "Diet Plan"
