This app was recommended by my son's occupational therapist to help with sensory processing and communication. Between purchasing the appropriate headphones and then paying for the individual music packs, it is a pricey investment. Also, the time commitment is substantial. But, we have had great results. It has helped significantly with our son's engagement, auditory attention/processing, and language. One negative is I cannot get it to acknowledge purchased music on a second device.

I love the idea of this app and it came highly recommended by my child's therapist. However, the sound quality of the music I've purchased is extremely poor. Many thanks for responding. I understand the music is altered. Experimenting further, I believe the problem is only when playing tracks on Bluetooth speaker (we don't use the Modulated music products which I know are only designed to use with headphones, but Quickshift tracks recommended by therapist). Is it not okay to listen this way?

The Quickshift music is also designed to be used with headphones as it uses binaural beat technology, which can sound different on an external speaker rather than headphones with a designated right and left channel. Please try the music with headphones and if you still are experiencing poor quality please email us at sales@vitalsounds.com.

Paid £10+ for the recommended Quickshift 1 and it didn't load at first. Apparently according to the app the file sizes are 'large' and will take a while to load. It had been running for 4hrs at 0% loaded, with ample space on my phone. Finally when it downloaded, it looks like the £10 was for one 15min track that stops 13 seconds in. Total waste of money.

Please select the Re-download button found in the Play screen for that album. This will start a new download in case the download was interrupted during the first download process. If that doesn’t work the last thing I would is to uninstall the TL App from your device, go back to the Google Play Store and reinstall the TL App back to your device.
