The best choice I ever made was to join the hot room. I took my first class in February of 2023 and I was hooked. They offer a class to fit your every mood and need. If you haven't tried it you should and if you tried it and didn't love it you should definitely try it again. Everyday I feel more balanced, more flexible and stronger.
