Trying to use Zelle to pay for an item, and when signing up with zelle, it says that Zelle is already within my TCB app...... yet I can't find it anywhere in the TCB app, and there's no way around it. Zelle will not allow me to create an account because it directs me to my TCB app.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I cannot open the app anymore. My android phone updated last week and my husband's today. After the update, neither of us can use the app. It doesn't even open. I am posting this in hopes that this issue can be corrected. We have really enjoyed using this app. It makes checking our balance and for transactions so easy!

Latest update is absolutely useless for Android users. App crashes immediately upon opening and is no longer usable. This looks to have been an ongoing problem for a number of customers for a few months already, why has this not been fixed yet? Poor customer service indeed.
