Best chicken around!! Great food and fantastic people here. Everything I've had has been a winner so far. Also one of the easiest rewards systems ever, instead of remembering to scan every time you visit, it just automatically registers your points when you use the credit card on your account.

Not user friendly -- when I tried to use my bday reward, I clicked in person since I didn't want delivery, but the app wouldn't let me apply it at checkout.

Rewards work best in store. The rest of the app is just okay. Don't expect to be able to order online consistently, it's very finicky. The support options in the app only allow you to get help with an order or restaurant, not the app itself. Neither clearing cache nor deleting/re-downloading resolve app issues.
