Amazing Chicken, hands down the best there is out there. the staff is amazing. welcoming always friendly and service is fast for how busy they always are. Hatties gain a forever customer.

Easy to navigate, online ordering. Staff is always friendly. Service, both inside and at the pickup window is prompt. Food always tastes great quality is routinely excellent.

Great food except the potato salad but there's is one worker there that seemed kind of rude and acted like he didn't want to help me. This was at 8th avenue Melrose location. It makes me wanna go to the downtown location, those girls are really nice!
