I loathe having to interact with the app constantly in order to move throught the exercises. Exercise instructions are shown on a popup that obscures the timer, so to move through the program, you have to first read the instructions, close the instructions, start the timer or count for 10 seconds as instructed, push a button to say you've completed the exercise, read the next popup, close the popup, push the button to start, do another ten seconds, push the button to start... Painful.

I really wanted to use this app on my face, but when I was taking the short survey of questions to go into it, it stopped everytime. Please help. I was having problems with installing the app, but I have to say it now works. Thankyou for fixing it. I have to ask though, Do you have to also eat healthier to get results with this program, or just do this program without adjusting your diet? Yes, there are a lot of free programs but I would like there to also have some difficult levels.

Good afternoon, we apologize. You have a very old phone model. Your processor cannot handle the video files in the application. We may have been able to fix the problem. Please try installing/updating the application and email us. It's important to us!

Easy to use, but very few customization options. Would love to be able to turn off the timer chime, as it is quite startling if I forget to turn the volume on my phone down prior to starting a routine.
