The app keeps logging out of the panel, so I don't usually receive alarm notifications. My neighbors are usually the ones who call me to say the alarm is going off. I've given the app full data and power use but it still keeps doing it. Makes an expensive install pretty useless. I'm going to end up uninstalling it and going for a ring self install or similar. If these guys want to compete with new self install products then they need to make sure this works.

Oh dear I upgraded my alarm. System to include.an app option. My installer provided me with this. Yes I can activate and deactivate the alarm but forget about other features, biometrics and gallery do not work and it keeps logging you out. This is not a cheap option, how can you have put out an app this bad. Please fix it or compensate. Response from support, turn it off and on again, you could not make it up!

App worked and then after a matter of weeks it stops working. First time the technician got it going again. Worked for a few weeks and then stopped again. After both resetting & re-installing app still does not work. Says "failed to log-in. please check your username and password." Have done this but just going round in a loop without any progress. V2 has not worked a successfully as v1 did. Why not???

This beta release supports the latest Google play SDK/API level 33 and now supports Android OS V13

Support for migration / upgrade from Texecom Connect V1 is no longer supported.

Fixes adding a panel with an Installer ID, the installer ID screen was not working.
Fixes fetching the event log after the app is backgrounded and then foregrounded again, or a push notification is received
