They actually REMOVED functionality that was in the old app, which worked great. I'm very annoyed by the fact that I can't unlock the app anymore with biometrics (fingerprint). I do NOT want to use face unlock, but that the only option now, apart from typing out your password everytime.

The remember me option in the login screen will not turn off. I have tried turning it off and force closing the app, and turning it off and logging in. In both cases the remember me option is still turned on next time the app is launched.

easy access to human beings online or in the bank. everyone is polite and understanding the needs of the customers, keep it up but please take care of the app thing that needs a lot of improvement in being user friendliness
