This app is absolutely horrible. Not user friendly at all. I have been trying to send a photo and nowhere on the app does it direct you to photos and it freezes often. Absolutely frustrating. I called customer service and I was told that they fixed the issues I was having and wait couple minutes to login. I did that and still I do not see the photo sending feature. Very frustrating and horrible app.

This worked great at first. No every time I open the app I keep getting messages like "can't load your contacts" "can't load your messages" "can't load your profile" when I click on to exit the pop up message it just keeps reappearing numerous times. It takes several times of closing the app and trying again just to get it to work if it does at all.

This app only works when it "wants" to, I've generally not had very many issues sending pictures, but I've been trying to send pictures for 2 days now. I've double-checked all of my app permissions and have done the same thing as every other time I send pictures. All of the sudden it won't work now. Don't get me started on how often this app freezes. Definitely a whole lot of room for improvement here, considering inmates' loved ones are paying to use these services.
