It's fun and I like the design aspect of things. The biggest problem I have is that the guests stay way too long in their rooms, causing a line and me to repeatedly lose levels. I've had to use up all my boosts (which I only use if I know I can't win without) out of just wanting to pass a level. It's annoying and I'll keep trying. Just thought it was something to mention, as I'm sure it's random in the program.

It is a fun game, with lots of different mini events going on at any one time. Unfortunately, I quickly hit a wall (I got to the 2nd hotel, 3rd room on the first day). Many levels become near unwinnable without boosters. Ex., to complete a level you need to get 10 smiley faces, which come from keeping a customer's happiness meter green for the entire stay. However, the level only has 12 customers total so if at any point you wind up with more than two yellows, it is an automatic game over.

This is pretty fun, I really enjoy it. But I'm only willing to give 4 stars because it lags for seconds at times. During levels, during decorating, during upgrades, before and after ads. Thankfully ads are optional. The lags aren't as bad as you'd think because... it's a game. What's a game without a glitch or two, am I right? ๐คจ Can you developers at least consider pausing the timer when you wanna throw a lag spike in here and there? I've lost levels because of this.
