The MyFlex app gives you a full overview of your training data anytime, anywhere. All training units, body composition measurements and the current weekly goal are updated in real time.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
Add your outdoor activities manually or link your account to other applications such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings. So you can keep track of your activities outdoors and you won't lose your data.
