Thank you for this app, it helped this out of towner get around alot. Pros: Helps you get the step by step where you need to go even with alternative times. Cons: You'll have to make sure your phone stays charged if you're out all day while going paperless. The app doesn't explain what side of the street you need to be standing when it comes to the bus. The app will tell you which bus or train stop to go to and then say for example take 6 stops and then get off at __. They should show each stop.

The app is not reliable. It won't show live cancellations or detours. While certain buses run only once every hour, having a reliable app is everything. If you don't reflect changes, then what's the point with the app? People can use a printed schedule instead.

Its great how you upgraded your system to Pronto. Is the app on Android phone going to upgrade I'd like the option for having both tap card & virtual card bus pass in case my ex- boyfriend loses his card, his new wife will have to help him with his wheelchair pushing him around & MTS sure do provide some help with discounts & ramps & trip planners he has it but doesn't use it to its full potential I'm always caught off guard & him with a broken screen on his phone can't plan his day wondering ho
