Having difficulty with getting notifications. App not allowing me to enable them. Contacted support, was told to Delete the camera from the account, factory reset it and add it as new, if it still occurs the camera is failing. But the issue was happening with all 4 of my cameras that I bought in late 2019. Then was told We are no longer making or selling any products and no further changes to the app will ever be made. Anyone else having this issue with notifications? Had no issue before now.

Great app and camera. The camera was reasonably priced and the video and sound are clear. The motion detection works great and the app allows easy review of the recorded video clips. There is a bright red light on the camera, so if you don't intend the camera to be seen you will need to cover the light up. Duck tape worked for me. Overall, I'm happy with the camera and app.

I've used this app for 5 plus years. The cameras have good focus and sharp video but, when on motion detection, the videos are 7 to 15 seconds. I've captured videos of many people looking through my tools but the recording stops then restarts. It misses a lot of critical moments. The individuals don't know it and when I show them the cameras items get left on different shelves. Still, the delay has been an issue for me.
