About this app
To use the zTenant application, incoming tenants must receive an invite email from their property management company. In this email will be the login password which the property management company does not have access to. The zTenant application allows a tenant to fully document the condition of the home at the time of move in which protects both the tenant and landlord. A PDF copy of the inspection report will be sent to your email once uploading has been completed.

This app was by far the easiest and most effective method of completing an inspection for a new lease. Very new age and user friendly! Some apps time out / restart if you go too long without a screen refresh or saving as you go. This app will save your completed fields as you go so as not to have to start completely over when entering info in each field. I loved the option to take photos and have them stored automatically. Simple and easy to use comment section. This app impressed me. Bravo π

Can't upload photos you've already taken, no n/a button per room or for parts of room, slow to take photos. A general pain to use. It asks for your GPS location. Sorry, but I don't give that out as a rule of privacy. My password was emailed to me, yet I wasn't immediately given a prompt to reset my password upon first login. And it's not the app's fault, but I would far rather take high-quality photos with my good camera and email them to my landlord.

Nice idea. Needs some improvements. Biggest improvement needed is the ability to edit picture location, titles, details, notes especially when you forget to back out to change the area/room before taking the next pictures. Next biggest improvement needed is the ability to see just the pictures for an area or room so you can see if you got everything or need to retake pictures. As with all apps there are no instructions. The video doesn't look like the current app and has no useful information.

Dear Floyd, the Tutorial video has been updated. We will seen be publishing an update that allows you to Edit the picture location if you made a mistake, for example. Go to the Gallery button in the upper right. Thanks for your suggestions. Andy
