Edit: The latest update broke the app altogether... Sync is very poor. SOS button sending location 3 days old. Bad UI/UX. Calling from the default app for the video u reliable, whatsapp works better, but contact sync does not work. I needed to add contacts to whatsapp manually. Only Instagram and whatsapp are in the store on watch.

GPS is not regularly updated and inaccurate (sometimes more than 1 kilometer). Sync with device works in 75% percent of attempts, for example alarm clock works for first change, second change after few seconds reports offline device (on wifi and mobile data). The video calls sometimes works, sometimes not... unhappy with the purchase of the watches and app quality.

This app is a complete waste of time. No matter how you attempt, it is imposible to register a new user. Contacted the vendor and all they sugested is that I have not filled the form completly. As a an IT professional, I'm sure that I know how to fill a basic form. I even tried it on two more phones with no luck. There is no trobleshooting information nor the form indicates what fields if any have information missing. The worst app develpment I have seen in a while. I will even be returning the child watch to the store. If posible I would give this app 5 minus stars. Just completlely frustrating.
