The app is great and it's really nice to be able to upload documents in many different ways. However, there should be a comment box or something similar where we can write a few things so the tax account looking at our docs will know why something was uploaded or what some documents might be. Other than that, the app has really worked flawlessly

App has been very helpful for us with communication and getting certain things done for our finances. It streamlines everything and keeps all the important stuff in one place. I've had no issues with the app at all. Very easy to navigate.

I'm 76 and I used my phone app for everything this year. It's much easier than I expected and much easier than my desktop and scanner. My representative, Cassie Galan, as always been great to work with.
