No matter how much offers or rewards you provide, it's not going to sit well with users if the UI is not upto the mark. The app lags behind other platforms in sooooo many ways, it's undeniable. The UI looks like it's wasn't “designed” rather “filled”. It looks so congested that it's painful to watch it work. No consistency at all within the platform. Everything has it's own life. Nothing binds each other. It has lot of miles to cover before even being considered aa a competitor.

Great response for the issue, now it's resolved. It's really all in one place to shop, nice app. (Facing a lot of issues in app opening. Unable to load / it takes too much to load. It's really uncomfortable. I'm facing issues from couple of months, I tried to clear data some time and uninstall the app and install it again, but it's a temporary solution. I hope you kindly look into this issue as soon as possible. Being a trust in...)

One of the worst user experience! The app lags every time. It catches wrong address every time. The apps inside doesn't load properly on one go. The app can get stuck at any point! Not reliable. The only thing good is it gives back dome coins, but that too feels not enough for the amount of bad user experience you need to face at every step for just one order.
