Rubbish. Gives you the run around. Access phone number cannot be found online so have to use the app to locate it, and when u do, it doesn't work. My phone number changed, so app doesn't recognise my original account, which has calling credit, and there's no option to log in with email. A load of rubbish! Now I have to call customer service which is going to be another 30mins down the drain. I've never come across an app so frustrating.

Dear user, thank you for your feedback. There is no need to find the access number online as it cannot be used manually , it's already set up in the call settings of the app which allows you to use internet or local access. If you're facing any issue, please visit the help center inside the App & write a formal complaint. Thank you.

I have lost half of my credit by calling same number as the app didn't let me select options , your dial numbers doesn't work to select in call department when calling companies with different departments
