The app doesn't respond quite often. We used to get 3 extra GB anytime we would use the app to add credit to our phone number; that's not a thing anymore. We can't see promotional offers on the app; I think that would be more helpful rather then visiting the store physically. During system update or dealing with other technical issues, we can see the app is not working. It can happen with every app but I think the company should come up with some ideas to compensate the customer for the bad exp

Ok so update, the SMS does actually arrive after an hour or so. That is still an incredibly long time and even though these 3 times the password has been the same, the app won't accept it. For this to work I have to keep the app opened for 1 HOUR until the SMS arrives. That is not good when the battery is poor and multitasking is hard with 2 GB of RAM.

it shows you how many MB, and calling minutes you have but other than that it is completely useless. I remember that I had some difficulties logging in to my account even when the password was right.I tried to call customer service and they said that they would switch my call to a different person who was specialized at that thing that I wanted to do but they just hung up and I didn't receive any other call after this and to be honest this is the first time something like this has happened to me
