the exercises have been great they do offer some difficulty which is important the app itself needs to be updated some of the descriptions of exercises are misplaced or copied and the tracking system has some bugs the calendar will only track 1 workout and the main tracker will track all calories and workouts but it doesn't match the calendar so if you do two workouts in one day it will count it as two days also this doesn't give an option to track your progress as far as weight loss or gain

Best free workout app so far. 30 days of beginner mode "woof, i made it", 3 first days of advanced mode "woof, i am still alive, am i?". I will donate for premium, but i spent all my money for new clothes, so... next month. Tnx so much <3
