Has never once let me access my account. I've called multiple times. Do you want me to pay you or no? Fix this junk application, you surely charge enough to have a working application for your customers to be able to pay their bills. Catch up with the rest of the world Baldwin County

Sometimes it lets you in, other times it doesnt recignize you. Then you have to call customer service to reset... Very frustrating

App only works sometimes. When you are on prepaid electricity you need to be able to check your balance and make payments. This app worked for me twice and has not opened since. I keep getting error messages.
