Nothing loads except for my bill. I can't get any other data for the app except for what my bill total is. The app just loads and never stops.

There's a nice convenience factor with this app. That was until making a payment stopped working. After you click on the card to make the payment, to process, that's where it just spins forever. This has been going on now for at least a month. Now I have to go on to the computer to pay my bill which works fine.
