About this app

At OEC, our purpose is to improve our members’ quality of life through the safe delivery of highly reliable, reasonably priced electric service, innovative energy programs, and exceptional member service.

Oklahoma Electric Cooperative is the state’s largest member-owned electric cooperative and provides electricity to over 57,000 members in seven central Oklahoma counties.

At OEC Fiber, our purpose is to improve our subscribers’ quality of life through the safe delivery of highly reliable, reasonably priced fiber services and exceptional customer service.

OEC Fiber began connecting subscribers to our network in February of 2019 and has continued making remarkable progress on opening new zones for service sign ups.

The new MyOEC app touts these Additional Features:

Bill & Pay -
Quickly view your current electric or fiber account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills directly on your mobile device.

My Usage -
(OEC Electric Members Only) View energy use graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture-based interface.

Contact Us -
Easily contact Oklahoma Electric Cooperative and OEC Fiber.

Outage Map -
(OEC Electric Members Only) Displays service interruption and outage information.

Kiosk Map-
Find locations to pay your OEC or OEC Fiber bill with cash.

I've had OEC for 5yrs & have never had a problem w/ them. Wherever we do experience electrical issues (which are rare), service is restored relatively fast. The app however is very inconsistent. Sometimes it will recognize my password but most of the time will not. It also refuses to accept my account #, name, & email.

Pitiful excuse for a major service app. Constant login errors forcing password resets and it also disrupts online login. Without app Online login works fine but it's hard to navigate usage data online so I would love to use the app and get daily use averages like I used to before the app went to pot. You would think they would do a better job since most ppl , like me, just want to make a payment.

I have reinstalled it several times. Deleted my CC numbers and added them back in, and I still cannot make a payment on this app. Totally worthless.
