A very bad service app I have ever came across. I feel that I've wasted my time by updating it. I don't receive an OTP that is stated as sent but where I don't know. I can't even recheck whether I didn't make a mistake when entering my mobile numbers because it keeps taking me on an OTP request platform on every device I login at. I tried calling tenetech offices and agents numbers used to call other students but no one answers my calls. 3months without any assistance🙄yooh I'm danko shm🙌🏽....

If negative ratings existed , I'd give this app a negative million or billion rating. Pardon my language, but all I have to say is that everything about this app is absolute bull. You will have problems signing in , wallet nonsense , KYC verification and all that rubbish. The worst part about it all , is that whenever you try contacting the owners for help on the issues they won't bother to attend you at all , it's extremely outside of their care. Rubbish is an extreme understatement.

It keeps saying it's gonna send otp but it never does no matter how many updates it still does the same thing it's useless😭,and it takes me straight to the OTP section without my password input
