It has become very difficult to order anything. Cancelled orders , timd outs etc The app is really bad and keeps giving messages server busy. I have had so many problems ordering that I do not order as much now. Prices and value are ok but vary. Unless they sort out the techincal issues they will lose customers. The delivery app they use is dreadful. You cannot run a business on just a good idea, you need to have the infrastructure in place to ensure it operates efficiently. Yindii does not

Originally a big fan, I've finally have given up on this service & uninstalled the app in frustration. Since its launch, the app seems to have had an ever increasing range of malfunctions, and more importantly, their supporting customer service seems to be going seriously downhill. The other day, I submitted a prepaid order that wasn't confirmed for 20+ mins. Yindii then ignored my online msg requests for help for another 20 minutes. Finally I msgd them to cancel the order, which they ignored.
