Bad layout, extremely over priced, and the product descriptions are so sketchy. No measurements and only one, maybe two pictures that also show nothing of importance. Worst of all, their advertising for the app is pointless. Selecting an ad for a product does not bring you to it or even open the app (you just go to the app store even if already installed). I would not buy anything from this app. Literally any app, even proven scam ones, are set up better.

The app itself is good enough. Though I really miss the old Pier 1 Imports and merchandise they carried. My house is littered with Pier 1 and Pottery barn and since the buyout I have not bought 1 item yet. The app works well. Never had a problem with it but I do hope the old styles of what Pier 1 represented in the past makes it back to see the future of design. So far I haven't been impressed with the new styles.

Worst shopping app out there. Can't filter easily by product, once you have the right product the filtering to find specifically what you want is so basic it barely helps, no dimensions or other basic specs on furniture descriptions, pay for shipping both ways. No chat. The store was great, P1 still figuring out how to play in the online only market.
