I haven't used the app much so far, but it seems pretty nice. One thing that would be really nice is if you could "Favorite" teas and look through your favorites to return to teas you've purchased before to easily find and buy them again, instead of having to search for them every time.

App isn't really much different than if you opened it on the phone browser. They also have no one dealing with their tickets. My wrong order hasn't been resolved, it's been over half a year, and no one is even responding to my tickets!

Great teas and a huge selection! I just wish the app was more functional. The subscriptions and favorites options do not work. I cannot add teas to my favorites for later or make subscription orders.
