OWYN

I love OWYN's products. I have gone through hundreds of other products. But the app is a dumpster fire. Product description is bare and useless without any location in the app to check ingredients or nutrition facts. Reccuring orders are not supported on the app. Search bar and results jump around when tryin to scroll. And in all it just feel off from a GUI perspective, its not confusing to use but just doesn't feel right. Now the app hardly ever works, just loads to a black screen regardless

I couldn't figure out how to cancel subscriptions on the app, this feels like a purposeful design choice and very disheartening. I downloaded the app to get the 15 percent discount that was advertised, but it didn't work for a subscription order. Otherwise the app works and looks fine but it offers no purpose, you can just order on their website (which also hides the subscription cancellation but at least it's possible.)

The app has issues with subscriptions. It claim to be able to manage subscriptions, but I'm unable to find that option anywhere in the app. Additionally, when clicking on rewards it causes an error. This may be good for single purchases, but a bit off from what they are looking at doing with subscriptions.
