Firstly, Urdu Bazaar seems to be a fraudulent online book purchasing site. Secondly, there App never works. I ordered a book through, Order ID 46187 dated 28.06.2023. After a few days I was informed that the book is out of stock. I chose for refund and I am still waiting for my Rs 800. Their refund policy only puts the blame on the bank for refund issues. I tried to call on the same number from which I was informed that the book was out of stock, the phone rings but nobody picks up the call.

Fraud app, I had order a full set of madhykaleeen Bharat by Irfan Habib , they have send it but one volume was missing. Now neither they have send the missing volume nor they have refunded they amount, no response from customer care either. Very bad bad experience. Not recommended.

The app stopped working with a notification that the app needs upgrade but the update is not yet shown on playstore. Fix it.
